The project involved the completion of 12 new bungalow homes in Cullercoats, North Tyneside. It required close collaboration with Aurora Properties, North Tyneside Council and Compass Developments. The units were designed to be in keeping with the local area whilst giving a contemporary twist with the use of complimentary panelling used alongside the more traditional brickwork.
The layout of the units themselves offer open plan living with generous spaces offering easy access for all.
