Teesside Courts was at the heart of a regeneration programme and re-development of a “cultural quarter” for Middlesbrough town centre.
It provides twelve Courtrooms, staff and visitor facilities and pioneered an accelerated contractual arrangement of designing and constructing this type of major civic building.
