Napper Architects were commissioned to design an economical office building for SES in Hendon, Sunderland. Recycled shipping containers have been utilised as the main form of construction providing an innovative pre-fabricated modular system.
The completed building comprises 2-3 storeys of office accommodation including roof gardens and are designed to be let out to small enterprise businesses as well as providing the client with more office space.
