Our role has ranged from completing comprehensive analysis of potential sites, obtaining full planning approval, producing robust construction information, and delivering the scheme through to completion.
We have teamed up with developers and other design consultants as part of successful bidding consortia in producing exciting, sustainable mixed use developments where the residential proposal is an integral part of the master plan proposal.
In addition we have designed and delivered small scale housing developments, often working with challenging site constraints or restrictive planning legislation, as well as a number of private family houses.
