Residential project in Amble complete

Napper Architects have completed a residential development at Roseate View in Amble for All Saints Living. The thirteen detached properties, which were built on brownfield land, are fully occupied. Comprising seven townhouses and six bungalows, the development provides contemporary living in an historic setting on the Northumberland coastline.

The three-bedroom bungalows provide open-plan accommodation and are designed with accessibility as a key priority to suit the elderly and those with mobility issues. The seven townhouses are located to allow panoramic views towards Coquet Island.
