Construction work nears completion at Roseate View in Amble for All Saints Living

Construction work is nearing completion at Roseate View in Amble for All Saints Living. The thirteen detached properties are being built on a brownfield site and lie in a great location on the Northumberland coastline. Comprising seven townhouses and six bungalows, the development provides contemporary living in an historic coastal setting.

The three-bedroom bungalows provide open-plan accommodation and are designed with accessibility as a key priority to suit the elderly and those with mobility issues. The seven townhouses are located to allow panoramic views towards Coquet Island. The contractor is All Saints Construction with completion expected in late summer.
