Napper Architects invest in workforce for long-term success

Napper Architects have recently strengthened their workforce with four key appointments within the company, allowing their excellent client service and project delivery to continue.
Following three successful years with Napper, Joshua Treverton has been promoted to the role of Associate. In his time with Napper, Joshua has had a critical role in the design and delivery of a range of projects, most recently the design and successful handover of the £20 million Cornell Quarter for Teesside University, providing a new 300-bed accommodation development within the heart of Middlesbrough. In his role as Associate, Joshua will take the lead in the evolution of Napper’s BIM delivery across all our operations whilst continuing his role in the design and delivery of our Clients’ projects.
Joe Curtis and Byron Duncan have both been promoted to roles of Project Architect having successfully completed their Professional Practice Examinations, thereby achieving both ARB and RIBA professional status. Over the last two years, Joe and Byron have been key members within the teams delivering some our most successful projects. This new role will allow both to lead on project delivery and provide additional direct interface with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Finally, Piran Reitze has joined Napper as an Architectural Assistant. Having completed his architectural education in Australia, Piran has spent the last three years working in the UK on the detailed design and delivery of high calibre leisure and mixed-use developments. Piran will continue to develop this role within Napper on a diverse range of current and future projects.
Graeme Dodd, Managing Director said:
“These appointments are key to our long-term success. As a collaborative design led practice, we recognise the importance of attracting and retaining high calibre staff and investing for the long-term future of Napper. We are delighted they are committed to being a critical part of Napper’s success. As with the whole of our team, they value the Napper ethos of exceptional client service and design quality, key drivers which we have maintained throughout our 75 year long history.”
